Our History

Fitoor Fusion Kitchen is a 100-cover restaurant featuring 80 indoor seats and 20 outdoor seats, designed to offer a comfortable and stylish dining experience. The space also includes a 20-seater Private Dining Room (PDR), ideal for private parties, sit-down lunches or dinners, executive meetings, corporate gatherings, Christmas celebrations, and more.

We’ve assembled an exceptional team of hospitality professionals committed to delivering top-tier service and consistently outstanding food. With this foundation, Fitoor is set to quickly establish itself as one of the premier dining destinations in the area.

With a strong economic climate and excellent location, we project profitability to be achieved within 5 years and a strong return on investment to be achieved within 10 years.

Fitoor Fusion kitchen + Bar will be a proprietary limited company owned and operated by Chef Maheep.

 Our team boasts a collective 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We aim to quickly become a mainstay of the local community, and plan to measure our success as a fusion dining venue against the metrics of the best restaurants in the local market.

Due to the ambitious nature of our business, our overhead costs will exceed industry averages. However, we expect to see significant growth following the first 3 years of Fitoor Fusion kitchen + Bar operation.

The primary target market for Fitoor Fusion kitchen + Bar is food-lovers who love to try out new culinary experiences. Our status as a casual dining restaurant will mean it appeals to more affluent customers or special occasion diners.
